At Delaware Valley Job Corps, you're leading a team dedicated to supporting the health of young adults (ages 16-24) as they pursue their education and training. 🦅 Who are we? Delaware Valley Job Corps is an education and training center located in beautiful Callicoon, NY. We use student-focused programs to help young adults build the skills, confidence, and experience needed for successful careers. As our Health & Wellness Manager, you'll play a vital leadership role in supporting student well-being and success. 🩺 What You'll Do Lead and supervise the Wellness Services Department, including nursing and contracted medical, dental, and mental health services Ensure students receive high-quality preventative, emergency, and wellness care Manage department staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and daily operations Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community agencies Oversee chronic care management, medication administration, and medical records Ensure compliance with HIPAA, DOL, and company policies Manage wellness programs, health initiatives, and HEALs Committee participation Support student success through referrals, case management, and health education Mentor staff while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and compassion 💸 What You Get Monday-Friday schedule with weekends off (possible on-call rotation) 11 paid holidays per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 5% employer match Generous PTO + sick time FREE Employee Assistance Program (including legal & financial resources) Discounted meals on-site ($2.50) Wellness program with employee incentives The opportunity to lead a dedicated team while making a lasting impact on students' lives Qualifications ✅ What You Need Registered Nurse (RN) with an active, unrestricted New York State license required Associate's degree in Nursing required Minimum of 3 years of healthcare experience required , including at least 1 year in a supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, case management, and healthcare operations Regional approval required "Adams and Associates, Inc. abides by the requirements of 41 CFR §§ 60-1.4(a), 60-300.5(a) and 60-741.5(a).
