Education:
High School Diploma / GED Associates Degree, (preferred but not required) Description A great opportunity and immediate opening with a family-owned financial advisory firm in Camillus. Searching for a highly motivated, energetic, reliable individual to be responsible for various office tasks including answering and routing phone calls, assisting in-office visitors, filing, sending and receiving emails, completing and reviewing paperwork for submission, etc. Candidates must be computer literate, able to operate a postage meter and printer/scanner/copier, possess strong interpersonal and phone skills, as well as demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. There is an opportunity for advancement to Office Manager if a good fit. A background check with fingerprinting is required for employment.
