Adminstrative Job Description:
Perform complex clerical and office support activities. Compile and process data from manual or automated files for internal and external communication. This can include using Microsoft Excel and Word. Respond to questions via email, phone, or in person regarding Admissions Office - it's programs and processes. Work closely with prospective students and their families. Assign work to Student Ambassadors and follow up on tasks to make sure they are completed. Support all other daily office tasks as needed. Work closely with faculty and staff across campus.

External Candidates, who currently hold the title of Office Assistant 2 (Keyboarding); SG-09 at another state facility, should submit a completed classified service employment application form and summary of related work experience and submit to hr@canton.edu. The best qualified candidates will be invited for a personal interview.
