Office Clerk

We are looking to fill our office clerk positions in Central Islip. The candidates we are looking for must be responsible, reliable and be a team player! Training is provided. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Managing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Tracking and mapping office activities and inventory
• Overseeing surveillance and security processes
• Filing, organizing, and maintaining office documents
• Managing office communications and assisting staff with daily needs
• Supporting management with administrative and operational tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
