Job Description

The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Professional to support our Small Business Advisory Service Line for the following time frame: January 2027 through April 2027 This is a on-site position in our Utica, New York location. Responsibilities Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc. Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work Track engagements with the use of Access software Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others Organize, update, and maintain calendars Manage multiple priorities
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate Minimum of two years of relevant experience Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation The salary range for this position is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour.
Hours of Operation:
This is a seasonal, on-site position Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday Our team prides itself on flexibility; however, during busy season the ability to work additional hours is necessary.
