7:00am - 4:30pm,

$20 - $25/hr. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant to provide front desk support This critical role ensures seamless daily operations and effective coordination across the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to senior leadership, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain filing systems, documentation, and record Provide administrative and clerical support to management and department staff, helping ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to emails, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service to employees, customers, and vendors. Process invoices, purchase orders, expense reports, and other administrative paperwork while following company policies and procedures. Assist with data entry, reporting, inventory tracking, and other departmental administrative tasks. Coordinate communication between departments and follow up on outstanding requests to help keep projects and daily operations on schedule. Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Utilize Microsoft Office and other company systems to maintain information, complete administrative tasks, and support team productivity.
