We're seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Professional to join our fast-paced Central Operations team. This role supports multiple advisor teams and plays a key part in delivering high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and edit confidential correspondence Scan, manage, and archive documents across multiple systems Prepare travel expense and billing allocation reports Handle time-sensitive quarterly client tax payments Support various administrative projects as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset Highly organized with strong attention to detail
