Job Description

WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
Perform receptionist duties for Elba Day Habilitation and screens visitors. Answer phones and take messages for all staff at the Elba Day Habilitation site. Assists with filing in file records and medical records. Maintain archived files. Checks and distributes incoming mail to appropriate parties. Monitor and order office supplies and equipment and maintain inventory of such items. Provides secretarial support to Director, Coordinator, QA Manager and others. Assist with scheduling needs of the Day Habilitation program.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A VOCATIONAL SPECIALIST II
High school diploma or equivalent with two (2) years' experience as a receptionist and/or administrative assistant. This position requires a valid NYS driver's license with an acceptable driving record as determined by Arc

Vacation time begins accruing immediately and is available to use after three months of employment Sick time begins accruing immediately and is available to use immediately. Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
