Job Description

Job Summary:
The Director's Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Director, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong communication, discretion, time management, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the Director Coordinate meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups Screen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing as needed Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with discretion Assist with project coordination and tracking deadlines Handle office management tasks and support team operations when needed Organize events, workshops, or executive meetings Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Work Environment :
Typically office-based, with occasional extended hours depending on the Director's schedule and organizational needs
Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
