Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will provide support in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the organization. Must have excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and desire to learn.Duties:
- Heavy client contact over the phone, email and in person
- Respond to emails and messages in a timely fashion
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files for easy access
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Other administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Great multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Must be able to handle completing demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Spanish speaking required Room for growth for the right candidate
