Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses. Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation. Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting. Support team members with administrative needs as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks. The Successful Applicant A successful Administrative Assistant should have: Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a varied environment. Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
