This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is looking to grow into Executive Assistant-level responsibilities over time. Please note that this position is based in a residential home office environment rather than a traditional corporate office, so professionalism, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for company leadership. Handle phone calls, emails, correspondence, and general administrative support. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and special projects as needed. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and record management. Support day-to-day office operations and help streamline administrative processes. Serve as a reliable point of contact for vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Take on increasing executive support responsibilities as the role evolves. Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, office support, Executive Assistant, or related experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
