Job Summary:
The Department Coordinator will report to and assist the ENT Management team and provide clerical staff and clerical support services in the day-to-day operations for the ENT practices, including the Cochlear Implant Center and Balance Center. All responsibilities are to be carried out in collaboration with the respective manager(s) to include staffing coordination and administrative assistance in support of patient care services and management of equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities:
Collects and reports daily, weekly and/or monthly departmental data as directed. Maintains, collects data for dashboards and prepares special projects and reportsas requested/needed. Independently prepares reports and completes special projects. Has the ability to analyze data and make recommendations based on findings. Assures the coordination of meetings and administrative assistance as needed. Participate in monthly meetings. Work to create efficient systems and workflows. Resource to support staff across the ENT practices. Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment and information. Supervises project progress and addressany issues that arise. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Raises issues as appropriate to the management team. Assist with administrative duties as needed for Cochlear Implant Center and Balance Center. Assist in the development and growth of the Cochlear Implant Center and Balance Center. Assist with administrative research duties for Cochlear Implant Center. Assist with Cochlear Balance newsletter. Act as patient liaison for both centers. Oversee the donation and grant process for the Cochlear Implant Center. Coordinate and plan events and educational events as needed. Performs other tasks as assigned.

Minimum of four years in a high level clerical or administrative assistant role, required.
