Job Description

Stafkings is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, the Office of Global Learning, for a Temporary Office Coordinator position. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and providing exceptional support to a diverse community. This is a fully in-person position with a full-time schedule. Position Overview As the first point of contact for the Office of Global Learning, the Office Coordinator will provide outstanding customer service to students, faculty, scholars, staff, and visitors while supporting the daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and providing a welcoming experience for all clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interact with individuals who may be experiencing concerns or anxiety. Candidates should be comfortable with extended periods of computer work and frequent face-to-face client interaction. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone calls, service tickets, and document processing. Provide administrative support to the Office of Global Learning team. Assist with event planning, logistics, and special projects. Manage and maintain daily client records and data. Learn and communicate routine immigration-related processes and office protocols. Support student employees and assist with office operations as needed. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Proficiency with computers and common office software. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy office environment. Previous administrative or office support experience is preferred.
