Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as an RN Assistant (Administrative Assistant), where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will play a vital role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring seamless administrative workflows. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine healthcare knowledge with administrative expertise, contributing to a positive patient experience and efficient practice management. You will be the backbone of daily operations, managing schedules, handling communications, and supporting billing processes—all while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and collaboration. Duties Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency Handle internal communication between healthcare providers, staff, and patients to ensure clarity and timely updates Enter and maintain accurate data within electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy standards Assist with health insurance verification, third-party billing, and revenue cycle management to support financial operations Respond promptly to phone inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and guiding patients through administrative processes Support medical staff by understanding medical terminology and assisting with documentation as needed Facilitate insurance claims processing and follow-up to ensure timely reimbursement and reduce billing errors Requirements Proven administrative experience within healthcare settings, demonstrating familiarity with medical workflows and terminology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation, scheduling, and communication tasks Strong schedule management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently across multiple providers Excellent internal communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and patients Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone communication abilities Ability to type quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail for data entry tasks Understanding of revenue cycle management principles to support billing, collections, and financial reconciliation Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to outpatient or clinical environments This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals eager to contribute their healthcare administrative expertise in a lively environment dedicated to patient care excellence. Pay:
