Job Description

Looking to hire a lead administrative assistant in a newly thriving mental health therapy practice. Early evenings and weekend availability possible for extra hours
  • Friendly and motivated person; you are who the clients first see and speak with (in person and virtually)
  • computer knowledge, (excel spreadsheets, word, etc)
  • Candidate will trained on HIPAA law and on our specific EMR systems

  • office management Qualifications Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite, including Google Suite Strong organizational and clerical experience Excellent customer service and phone etiquette Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management Familiarity with data entry and filing systems Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and provide customer support Summary As a Lead Administrative Assistant, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office.
Your primary responsibilities will include appointment scheduling and providing exceptional customer service, utilizing your strong computer skills and organizational abilities. With core competencies in clerical tasks and phone etiquette, you will ensure efficient communication and support across the team. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry, along with premium skills in office management, will enhance our productivity and contribute to a positive work environment. Pay:
