Job Description

Progressive Dental is a growing fully fee-for-service dental group serving the Greater Binghamton, NY and Northeast Pennsylvania region with 5 established locations, 13,000+ active patients, and $12.1M+ in annual revenue. We are seeking motivated dentists interested in mentorship, clinical autonomy, relationship-focused care, and long-term growth within a private practice environment.
Compensation:
$300,000-650,000/ annually What We Offer

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active NY or PA dental license, or willingness to obtain licensure
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
