Compensation Data Salary:
$23 - $30 hourly (Based on experience & certifications) Position Overview We are currently looking to add a dynamic Office Coordinator to our passionate team of tree care professionals. This is a full-time, in-office position with a Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM . The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable managing a high volume of phone-based communication and experienced in administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties What You'll Do:
Be the first point of contact and triage the needs of the clients and the office Field current and prospective client calls (please note: a significant portion of this role will be phone-based ) Proposal production and contract initiation Process employee timesheets and assist with payroll data entry Maintain various databases and spreadsheets Order and maintain office supplies Invoice, manage accounts receivable, and maintain files Schedule appointments and coordinate service visits Notify clients of scheduled applications and filing of necessary paperwork
Qualifications Skills We're Seeking:
Required:
Minimum two years of experience in office processes and administration
Required:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Required:
Proficient in
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Required:
Prior administrative, customer service, or call center experience
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM and SAP systems Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively Comfortable working in a high-volume, client-facing environment
