Administrative Assistant:

Responsibilities and Duties Organize and maintain an efficient and effective office that handles a variety of tasks for administration, faculty, students and parents of the school Distribute mail and handle correspondence of the office, responding to routine requests Electronically distribute notices to staff, students and parents Acts as a receptionist, greeting visitors, answering telephone calls and communicating effectively Register new students, maintain student records and transfer records for students moving to other schools Assist with transportation Maintain daily attendance data for students in database Order and maintain office supplies Perform other duties as assigned We are looking for: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Work well under pressure and exhibit a professional demeanor Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel Comfortable with

Google Cloud Qualifications and Skills:
