Job Description

Administrative Assistant - Real Estate Office (Full-Time). We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role is the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth daily functions and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess a proactive attitude, ready to tackle diverse administrative tasks with enthusiasm. Your expertise in office management, customer service, and technical skills will help foster an efficient and welcoming environment. Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate listings, contracts, and transaction paperwork. Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle client inquiries professionally Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings. Maintain and update databases, MLS listings and client records. Support agents with document preparation Front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professionalism and warmth. Perform data entry tasks to update records.
