Pension and Annuity Administrative Services Administrative Services Only, Inc. is a third-party benefit administrator of single- and multi-employer benefit plans. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate with data entry experience and strong communication skills to join our Pension, Annuity, and 401(k) Department.
Position:
Part-Time, approximately 25 hours per week, with the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on business needs and performance. Responsibilities Track and post employer contributions. Review and process annuity fund applications. Communicate with plan participants and provide member services. Respond to participant inquiries by telephone and provide professional customer service. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Use Microsoft Word and Excel for day-to-day administrative tasks. Occasionally make bank deposits on behalf of the company. Qualifications Previous data entry and/or administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong telephone and customer service skills are required. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience with Taft-Hartley or collectively bargained benefit plans is a plus. Reliable personal transportation and a valid driver's license are required. The position is not a driving role; however, occasional use of a personal vehicle may be necessary to make bank deposits or for other limited business-related errands.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
