Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure accurate record keeping. Handle clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Skills Excellent computer literacy including data entry, document proofreading, and file management. Strong communication skills with the ability to demonstrate professional phone etiquette.
