Job Description

We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a real estate property and facilities management team. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, communicating clearly, and keeping administrative tasks on track in a busy office setting. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for incoming communication while helping maintain accurate records and smooth front-office coordination.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative support activities to help the office operate efficiently and stay well organized.
  • Respond to incoming phone calls in a courteous and attentive manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Welcome visitors and handle front-desk responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming and organized office presence.
  • Enter, update, and verify information in company records and databases with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and general office materials for easy access and compliance.
  • Coordinate routine clerical tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and administrative follow-up for internal teams.
  • Support office workflows by tracking requests, handling basic documentation, and assisting with general administrative needs.
