Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential support to ensure smooth office operations and maintain a high standard of work. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
  • Handle incoming calls with care and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records.
  • Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure availability of necessary resources.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital records.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various office functions and projects.
  • Address any administrative challenges promptly to ensure workflow efficiency.
