Assist with event planning for project meetings or company events, ensuring all logistical details are executed flawlessly and stay in communication with all office managers. Support office management duties including filing systems, office supply inventory, and ensuring a professional work environment. Contribute to team development through training initiatives and process improvements that enhance overall efficiency. Experience Proven supervisory experience in an office or administrative setting within the construction industry or related fields. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience managing spreadsheets for scheduling and budgeting purposes. Familiarity with with bookkeeping and financial software such as QuickBooks is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members. Prior experience managing vendor relationships, comprehension of tight financial and time budget, and human resources functions is preferred.
