The Agency Management Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to our agency partners and internal departments. This position serves as a key resource in agency contracting, communications, reporting, event coordination, marketing support, and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with overall agency administration and support for internal and external customers. Support the agency contracting process for new and existing agents, including communications, documentation, licensing, E&O certificates, W-9s, and file maintenance. Maintain accurate agency information across company systems. Assist in preparing and distributing monthly and ad hoc marketing reports. Support administration of the Agency Profit Sharing Program, including calculations, communications, and recordkeeping. Coordinate agency events, continuing education classes, and company-sponsored functions. Assist with marketing materials, email campaigns, newsletters, and other communications initiatives. Serve as a liaison between agency partners and various SWUS departments to provide exceptional customer support. Learn and utilize current and emerging company systems and technologies. Participate on project teams and special initiatives as assigned. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Preferred candidates will have the following: Interest in learning insurance operations, marketing, and underwriting processes. Experience working in an administrative, customer service, insurance, or marketing support role. Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and digital communications tools.
