Located in Newburgh, we are the premier roofing contractor in the Hudson Valley. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our office. Candidate must be a self starter, quick learner and a people person. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing excellent customer service and support Manage calendar appointments and schedule meetings efficiently Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer skills and office management software. Support office management tasks Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions. Open and close building permits Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients Previous office or administrative experience preferred, including medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant experience Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently Computer literacy with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail Join our team as an Office Assistant where your energy and organizational talents will help keep our office running smoothly while providing top-tier support to our clients and staff!
Pay:
$23.13 - $27.85 per hour
