Manage daily administrative tasks to support staff and enhance productivity. Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring easy access to information. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone inquiries. Handle correspondence and communication with parents and external partners. Implement office procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude and a passion for supporting children's education.
