Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking, customer interaction, and administrative work.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned. Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors and handle front desk duties Provide administrative support to office staff and management Process orders, invoices, and customer requests Maintain records in ERP/CRM systems Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams Assist with inventory tracking, billing, and general office tasks Order supplies, manage files, and support daily operations
Education and Experience:
1-3 years of administrative or office experience Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
