About Our Client Michael Page is partnering with a well-established financial services organization in New York to hire an Administrative Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team in a highly visible role supporting key business operations and senior stakeholders. Job Description Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and team members. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle incoming communications, including calls and emails, and route them appropriately. Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval. Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements. Provide support for various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed efficiently. Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and enhance productivity. The Successful Applicant A successful Administrative Assistant should have: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Experience with administrative tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for professional interactions. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
