Administrative Assistant:
Answer & direct phone calls. Managing all phone calls & emails pertaining to our enrolled participants - and their families. Tracking applications of interest from potential participants Providing support to our supervisors and employees, assisting in daily office needs & managing our company's general administrative activities. Preparing memos, emails, reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Creating & organizing calendar appointments. Creating GOOGLE Forms, documents, reports on EXCEL/Google Sheets. Organize & monitor incoming Applications of Interest Provide support to the HR Team by assisting with onboarding tasks. Order office supplies and research new deals & suppliers, provide general support to the Billing/Finance Team. Maintain contact lists & the strictest confidentiality. Conducting Internet research. Develop & maintain a filing system. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Liaise with executive & senior directors to handle their requests. Occasionally assist with any special event activities as requested by the Development Team. Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Requirements as an
Administrative Assistant:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Working knowledge of office equipment High School diploma required. Experience as an administrative assistant is a plus - but not required.
