Job Description
Program Support:
- Data collecting and reporting
- Communications assistance, scheduling and tracking
- Collect, track, order program supplies & expenses
- Program referral tracking
- Maintaining master caseload spreadsheet and databases with input and outcomes
- Program management assistance, attending meetings, note taking, organize client files, maintaining systems for program compliance
- Program document processing, copying, submission to other departments to meet program deadlines
- Program attendance tracking
- Scheduling presenters, activities
- Serve as a liaison for caseworkers between program administrators and other staff
- Job placement outreach
- Maintain office calendar
- Coordination and administration of programs as needed and other duties as assigned
