Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated laborer to join our carpentry team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and a passion for delivering high-quality work. This role involves working on diverse projects within the construction industry, requiring both technical skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency. Must be willing to learn. Must have valid drivers license. Hours of operation are 7a-3:30p. Responsibilities Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and installation of structures alongside our carpenters. Execute construction painting and flooring installation with precision. Assist in masonry work as needed, ensuring quality standards are met. Collaborate with team members on construction site to ensure timely project completion. Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in carpentry techniques and tools. Experience in construction, trim work, framing, flooring installation, roofing, and masonry. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to estimate project needs effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
