In this Administrative Assistant role, you'll support the property management and leasing team while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, applicants, and visitors. What You'll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will: Deliver professional, responsive customer service to residents, applicants, and vendors Support leasing efforts, including assisting with tours and applicant follow-up Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization Coordinate and process maintenance work orders Answer phones, manage correspondence, and handle office communications Assist with rent collection and posting payments Maintain schedules, calendars, and office workflow What You Bring 1+ year of administrative or office experience with strong customer service skills Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Nice to
