Join One of Central New York's Leading Real Estate Companies Miner Realty & Property Management LLC is seeking an organized, motivated, and professional Executive Coordinator to become one of the most important members of our leadership support team. This is not a typical administrative assistant position. You will work directly with the Broker/Owner and support the daily operations of a growing real estate company and real estate professionals, property management, investment properties, and residential transactions. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, working with numbers, and helping people succeed. ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support Manage the Broker's calendar and appointments Prioritize calls, emails, and requests Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence Coordinate meetings and follow-up on action items Assist with daily executive projects Transaction Support Prepare listing paperwork Prepare purchase offers from Broker instructions Monitor transaction deadlines Coordinate with attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and title companies Maintain compliance files Accounting & Financial Coordination Assist with bookkeeping and data entry Process commission payments Track office expenses Track expenses for renovation and flip projects Maintain financial records and reports Assist with monthly reconciliations Marketing Support Create social media content Design flyers, business cards, signs, and marketing materials Assist with marketing listings Coordinate company marketing campaigns Office Support Answer questions from agents Coordinate office meetings and events Assist with onboarding and training Maintain office organization Help ensure projects are completed on schedule Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is highly organized Enjoys multitasking Can maintain confidentiality Has excellent communication skills Learns technology quickly Pays close attention to detail Takes initiative without waiting to be asked Works well independently Enjoys helping others succeed Preferred Experience Executive Assistant Office Manager Bookkeeping Accounting Real Estate Property Management Transaction Coordination Marketing Canva QuickBooks Google Workspace Microsoft Office Real estate experience is helpful but not required .
