Job Description
Description Position Summary Excelco/Newbrook, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Contract Administration team. This position plays an important role in maintaining documentation, coordinating customer communications, managing engineering and contract-related records, and supporting administrative processes that keep projects moving efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a growing manufacturing organization while working in a flexible, part-time role. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Track and manage customer submittals and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with customers regarding submittal status and responses.
- Maintain and organize drawing control documentation.
- Create and maintain network folder structures for new quotes and projects.
- Perform limited data entry and administrative functions within the SyteLine system.
- Maintain and update the RFQ (Request for Quote) log.
- Archive and file project documentation.
- Organize electronic and paper records.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Support the Contract Administration team with additional projects and departmental initiatives. Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or office environment is preferred but not required.
- Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience with document control or contract administration is beneficial. Work Schedule
- Part-time position.
- Work hours will be determined based on the selected candidate's availability.
