We are seeking a Property Listing Coordinator to organize property information and maintain accurate, authorized listings across approved channels. You will collect materials, prepare listing drafts, coordinate approvals, and keep published information current. This role focuses on administrative and content coordination, supporting the responsible real estate professionals rather than independently negotiating transactions or providing brokerage services.
Responsibilities:
Collect approved property details, photographs, floor plans, and supporting documents. Check information for completeness and consistency, including addresses, dimensions, prices, availability, and property features. Flag discrepancies and obtain clarification before publication. Prepare listing descriptions based on verified information and approved guidelines. Coordinate photography, copy review, and other listing-preparation tasks. Enter and update information in the company's website, CRM, and other authorized systems. Use MLS platforms only where access and assigned activities are permitted. Obtain required approval before publishing a new listing or changing prices and terms. Update listing status promptly when an authorized change is received. Check published listings for formatting errors, missing images, broken links, and outdated details. Maintain organized records of source materials, revisions, approvals, and publication dates. Route inquiries to the appropriate authorized team member. Follow applicable advertising, fair housing, privacy, and platform requirements. Protect confidential information and use only photographs and materials the company is authorized to publish.
Qualifications:
Experience in administrative coordination, real estate support, listing management, or a related role. Strong attention to detail and ability to compare information across documents. Clear written communication and proofreading skills. Confidence using spreadsheets, email, document-management tools, and web-based systems. Ability to organize multiple listings and meet agreed deadlines. Good follow-up skills and sound judgment when information is incomplete.
