Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of a busy leasing team. This individual will work closely with up to 10 leasing representatives, both in-office and at various properties, as well as two Leasing Assistants. The ideal candidate is someone who can keep things running smoothly, manage competing priorities, and take administrative responsibilities off the leasing team's plate so representatives can focus on building relationships with tenants and growing the business. Real estate experience is not required; strong administrative support and organizational skills are key. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the leasing team and coordinate the work of two Leasing Assistants. Provide administrative support to leasing representatives, helping manage schedules, priorities, and daily tasks. Coordinate business travel, prepare expense reports, and assist with general administrative needs. Prepare and organize marketing presentations and leasing materials. Work closely with the CAD department to obtain lease plans and coordinate updates or requested changes. Coordinate tenant meetings, appointments, and follow-ups. Ensure leasing representatives have the materials and information they need to work effectively with tenants. Maintain organized records, documents, and team workflows. Identify ways to improve administrative processes and keep the team organized and efficient. Qualifications 3-10 years of administrative support or office coordination experience. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, and administrative projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work independently. Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is a plus. Real estate or leasing experience is not required.
