Job description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist the Executive Assistant in administration duties and office procedures. Your role is to maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. The Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include: Report to the Executive Assistant and assist in duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, filing, errands, shopping. Researching, proofing, and editing. Schedule meetings and appointments. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
Address employee queries re:
office management issues (supplies, technology, etc.) Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering & security services. Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills:
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite/ Google docs and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
