The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to handle confidential information with discretion. Sign on bonus may apply for those qualified Key Responsibilities Administrative & Financial Support Provide administrative support to the Finance Department, including filing, scanning, and document management, physical and electronic. Organize documentation for contract billing Enter data into spreadsheets accurately and efficiently. Run reports in accounting system. Support month-end and year-end financial processes by organizing and maintaining records. Communication & Coordination Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure timely completion of financial tasks. Assist with distribution of finance-related correspondence. Compliance & Confidentiality Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personnel information at all times. Follow agency policies, procedures, and internal controls related to finance and data security. Assist with document preparation for audits and grant reporting. General Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned. Promote collaboration and effective communication within and outside the Finance Department.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred. 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience (finance or nonprofit setting grant writing a plus). Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately .
