Job Description

Seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and highly organized administrative assistant who enjoys working with a variety of tasks in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This full-time position is an integral part of our pediatric human services team, and finding the right person to join us is our top priority. Position Overview In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will collaborate with therapists, school districts, and staff while helping to maintain organized systems and a welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process reports using Microsoft Word Communicate effectively with therapists and school districts Process and track incoming new staff paperwork with accuracy Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Assist with facilities oversight and supply ordering Support basic IT functions and computer updates as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Skills & Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy Sound professional judgment How to Apply If you believe you'd be a great fit for our team, we would love to hear from you!
