asbestos notifications and related project records Enter and manage project data across the PASSPORT, DEP, EBO, and DEC portals Complete required NYC EBO compliance reporting Maintain filing confirmations, permits, notices, amendments, variances, and supporting documentation Monitor regulatory deadlines and promptly flag missing information or potential compliance issues General Administration Draft proposals, bid documents, and project correspondence Assemble and submit bid packages, proposals, and supporting documents Maintain proposal logs and track outstanding submissions Maintain organized electronic and physical project records Communicate with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies as needed Support ownership with reporting and ad-hoc analysis Continuously improve office processes and systems Requirements Office administration or construction project-administration experience required; construction or environmental industry experience preferred Experience matters more than a specific number of years or a college degree Familiarity with contracts administration, change-order processing, and project coordination practices Familiarity with prevailing-wage documentation or certified payroll Ability to reconcile labor, material, subcontractor, and billing records accurately Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline-driven submissions Strong written communication and document-preparation skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, while also working independently Strong computer skills required, including proficiency in: Microsoft Word and Excel (heavy day-to-day use) Google Workspace — Gmail and Google Sheets Adobe Acrobat / Adobe Writer Accounting or construction-management software (experience with Sage preferred) Various city and state agency platforms/portals (e.g., ARTS, PASSPORT, DEP, EBO, DEC) Ability to work confidently across multiple systems and platformsNote:
Prior asbestos-industry experience is not required—training will be provided on company procedures and asbestos-specific filings.Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$70,000-$90,000 per year, commensurate with experienceBenefits:

No college degree or prior asbestos experience is required—we are prepared to train the right construction-administration professional in our industry-specific regulatory processes.Pay:
