This is a 12-month position. Commensurate with certification/experience in keeping with the current negotiated handbook. RESPONSIBILITES/DUTIES
The Technology Coordinator provides day-to-day operational and technical coordination for technology services supporting BOCES programs, facilities, students, and staff. The incumbent implements departmental priorities, coordinates assigned projects and staff, monitors systems and service delivery, and recommends improvements. The position exercises independent judgment within established policies, standards, budgets, and project priorities, while referring significant strategic, security, financial, personnel, and policy matters to the Director of IT. As assigned, the position may also support selected shared services, projects, or problem-solving efforts involving component districts and regional partners.
