I'm a busy Realtor looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated part-time assistant to help keep my business organized and running smoothly. I'm looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to help with a variety of tasks. Responsibilities Schedule appointments and manage my calendar Make and answer phone calls Conduct online research Assist with social media posts Organize files and paperwork Run local errands when needed Help with day-to-day administrative tasks Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer skills Comfortable using social media Ability to multitask and take initiative Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude and willingness to learn If you're dependable, organized, and enjoy helping others in a fast-paced environment, I'd love to hear from you!
