We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Operations . This entry-level role will assist the Corporate Operations leader and team with a variety of administrative responsibilities including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document processing. The ideal candidate will perform a broad range of tasks requiring initiative, discretion, attention to detail, and sound independent judgment. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, the Administrative Assistant will leverage Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Point, Teams, and Outlook to effectively support business operations and ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities. DUTIES Provide day to day administrative support for the Vice President of the group, including email correspondence, scheduling, answering phones, travel arrangement, etc. Schedule and facilitate team meetings, including capturing and preparing meeting notes Produce and distribute correspondence, presentation materials, and reports Manage travel arrangements, scheduling, and expense reports for Product Managers Work with the team to update and maintain department level shared files. Ensuring adherence to policies and processes
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates degree preferred 1-2 years of experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience and/or familiarity with Salesforce.com is desirable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving A team player with a high-level of dedication
