Job Description

Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrator to join our team in Akron. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month and accommodation provided for candidates without experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update company records, including employee information, financial data, and other important documents.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary items are always in stock.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for executives and other team members.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, including completing paperwork and setting up their workstations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and sending packages.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
