ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT POSITION DESCRIPTION
Avenbury Lakes HOA•Avon, OH 44011 POSITION
OVERVIEW
•The position is a part-time (24•26 hours per week) Administrative Assistant position. The job requirements include the performance of general clerical duties for a Community Management company working under contract with a Homeowners' Association. The position reports to the Community/Property manager and also receives direction from the Association's Board of Directors. Day to day activities will vary by project and season of the year and will include interaction with residents, contractors and suppliers. Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to keep information confidential are essential. TASKS•The clerical duties include but are not limited to answering phones, responding to email requests and inquiries, reception of visitors, data entry, correspondence, filing, ordering of supplies, documentation of work orders and other important information, maintenance of computer databases, participation in meetings and special events as needed, collection of funds, tracking of proposals and bid requests, tracking of invoices, and the sorting of mail. The Administrative Assistant must work cooperatively with other staff, the Board of Directors, Committees, contractors, and Avenbury Lakes residents.
Pay:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour
