We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! As an Administrative Specialist, you will help create a warm and welcoming experience for our clients while providing essential administrative support to our properties, office staff, vendors, and executive team. You'll be involved in a variety of projects, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes that no two days are exactly the same. What You'll Do Provide a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience for clients, vendors, and team members. Answer phones, schedule clients and vendors, maintain calendars, and provide general administrative support. Work collaboratively with team members across our properties and corporate office. Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Manage and update social media platforms while creating engaging content to increase brand awareness. Assist properties with business cards, staff uniforms, name tags, dress code reimbursements, and other administrative needs. Support our Executive Team with a variety of projects, including reviewing contracts, distributing mail, making copies, and other administrative tasks. Maintain organized trackers for important contract dates, deadlines, and follow-up items. Coordinate vendor contracts, bids, and scheduling for specific properties. Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as needed. Be a reliable team player who is willing to jump in, help others, and contribute wherever needed.
