Job Summary:
The Building Services Assistant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building services, including maintenance, janitorial, and security at an office location in Blue Ash, OH. This role involves coordinating various tasks, collaborating with clients, and providing administrative support as needed.
Days/Hours:
Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (40 Hours Per Week)
Compensation:
$18.00 per hour (with weekly pay every Friday) Benefits Available (Health, Dental, Vision, Life) 401K Eligibility After 1-
Year of Service Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for conference room set ups as requested Serve as a liaison between building owners and tenants, addressing concerns or issues promptly. Receives and dispatch building service requests and generates work orders as neccessary Processes work orders as necessary. Processes incoming mail, interoffice mail and deliveries. May work with security to conduct daily, weekly, monthly, yearly security audits of open temporary and vendor badges. May serve as backup for the overflow of other departmental duties throughout NSG, such as data entry, organization and filing of records as requested. May process badge access requests, if applicable May maintain site supplies for badging process, if applicable Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Ability to multi-task and work effectively with all levels of staff.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative support position.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to walk throughout the building, Ability to walk up and down stairs Ability to work in a fast paced environment Prolonged periods of sitting and working at the front desk, interacting with incoming traffic and dispatching incoming service requests.
