LENS Neurofeedback Technician

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic LENS Neurofeedback Technician to join our innovative neurohealth team. In this vital role, you will assist in delivering cutting-edge neurofeedback therapy using the LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) technology, aimed at optimizing brain function and supporting mental wellness. Responsibilities Preparing the room and equipment for LENS sessions Greeting clients and helping them feel comfortable Placing sensors according to training and protocol Running LENS sessions under the direction of the clinical team Documenting session details accurately Monitoring appointment flow and keeping sessions on schedule Cleaning and resetting the room between appointments Communicating client questions or concerns to the appropriate clinician Helping with basic front office tasks as needed Supporting a calm, professional, welcoming office environment What We're Looking For The right person will be: Warm, calm, and professional with clients Reliable and consistent Detail-oriented and able to follow specific steps Comfortable learning new technology Able to stay focused and organized throughout the day Good at communicating with both clients and team members Respectful of confidentiality and client privacy Comfortable working with children, teens, and adults Willing to be trained and receive feedback No formal degree or certification is required. Preferred, But Not Required Experience in any of the following areas is helpful but not required: Mental health or behavioral health Medical office or wellness office Chiropractic, therapy, counseling, or functional health setting Front desk or client care role Working with children or families Scheduling, phones, or basic office support Schedule This is intended to be a full-time, in-person position at our new Bolivar office . Potential schedule may include daytime and early evening hours. Final schedule may vary as the office opens and client demand grows.
